At Maison Indē, we understand the excitement of receiving your order. Every piece is thoughtfully designed in Amsterdam and handcrafted in India, and we take the same level of care in preparing and delivering it to your doorstep.

Your Order, Our Priority

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our team begins preparing it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During collection launches, promotional events, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping

We currently ship across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@maisoninde.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, and selected shipping method. Any applicable free shipping offers will be applied automatically during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: 2–4 business days
• France, Austria & Denmark: 3–5 business days
• Italy, Spain & Portugal: 4–7 business days
• Finland & Other European destinations: 5–10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
